How much work is sitting behind this vacancy?

One engineer short can leave a van parked. One missing supervisor can prevent a second team going out. Without the right project manager, somebody more senior stays trapped in delivery when they should be winning the next contract.

That is the number we care about.

Before discussing CVs, we want to know what the vacancy is holding back. Revenue, capacity, a new region, a client deadline or simply the time of the person currently carrying two jobs.

Once we understand that, we know what the search has to produce.

We recruit from the contract backwards.

We want to know what this hire is expected to change.

What work have you won? Where is delivery under pressure? What is the client expecting? Which responsibilities are falling onto somebody else while the position remains open?

That tells us far more than a standard job description.

It allows us to build a search around the commercial result you need, not a list of responsibilities copied from the person who left three years ago.

Recruitment is part search, part close.

Finding the person is not the finish line.

Permanent hires are lost through slow feedback, unnecessary interview stages, unclear offers and counter-offers that nobody prepared for. We keep the process moving, keep both sides informed and deal with hesitation before it becomes a withdrawal.

The objective is not another accepted offer.

It is another capable person inside your business: delivering work, protecting client relationships and creating the capacity to win what comes next.

If you have won work, entered a new market or outgrown the team you currently have, bring us in before the vacancy goes everywhere.

You bring the pipeline. We’ll go after the people.
